These computer controlled machines are designed for use by a single operator with no previous box making experience necessary. The boxer can produce a virtually unlimited range of box sizes and shapes to meet your requirements.
The user-friendly man/machine interface allows setup for a new box size or style to be accomplished in less than a minute. Simply select the box style and features and input the box dimensions; the machine will display the blank size needed, and automatically prepare the machine for production. Feed the blank into the BOXER and it will automatically cut and crease the blank to the specified dimensions in a single pass.
The boxer is capable of production rates up to 500 per machine hour, depending upon the box size specified. The rugged and innovative design of this machine combines high speed throughput, repeatability and versatility in an easy to operate piece of equipment.
